“6 Points Hot Redemption” Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions:

 

  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
     
  2. Sands Rewards Club Gold and Ruby members are eligible for this promotion.
     
  3. Participants must not have been barred list and must have a valid membership card and be in good standing with Venetian Macau Limited.
     
  4. The redemption of offer starts from 1st January 2012 (Sunday) 12:00am – 31st March 2012 (Saturday) 11:59pm.
     
  5. During the campaign period, Sands Rewards Club members are eligible to purchase on-day HK to MACAO CotaiJet ticket at HKD128 discount price at Hong Kong Shun Tak Centre CotaiTicketing Box Office, Hong Kong Shun Tak Centre CKS Counter and China Ferry Terminal CKS Counter.
     
  6. Sands Rewards Club members who have purchased the HKD128 CotaiJet ticket and accumulate 6 points on slots/table games at Sands Macao Casino, The Plaza Macao Casino or The Venetian Macao Casino within the same day and the previous day of the redemption transaction are entitled to redeem a return CotaiJet Ticket.
     
  7. The HKD128 discount CotaiJet Ticket (HK to MACAO) is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase for this promotion.
     
  8. There shall be restriction on the number of ticket purchase and redemption by Sands Rewards Club members per calendar day:

9. The original proof of the $128 CotaiJet ticket purchased from Hong Kong to Macau, identity verification (passport or ID card) and Sands Rewards Club membership card will be required for verification purpose upon redemption of the CotaiJet ticket (Cotai Class) redemption slip at all Sands Rewards Club counters at Sands Macao / The Venetian Macao / The Plaza Macao.  The required points of Six (6) points will be deducted from the members’ point balance upon ferry ticket redemption at Sands Rewards Club counter.

10. Sands Rewards Club members have to redeem the actual CotaiJet Ticket at CKS counter at Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal within 6 hours upon redemption slips issued at Sands Rewards Club counter; otherwise these offers will be treated as invalid.

 

11. Redemption slip which has been issued between 12:01am to 02:59am will be valid for the redemption of actual CotaiJet ticket at CKS counter at Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal on or before 9am on the same day.

 

12. The return CotaiJet ticket(s) (Macau to Hong Kong) includes the route from Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong Shun Tak Centre and Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal.

 

13. Each HKD128 discount CotaiJet ticket will only be eligible for the redemption of one return ticket only.

 

14. HKD128 CotaiJet ticket(s) and return CotaiJet ticket(s) are only applied to next sailing.

 

15. Member can use 1 point = $1 to redeem additional ferry ticket

 

16. Proof of original ID and Sands Rewards Club membership card will be required for verification purpose upon ticket purchase or redemption.Membership number will be printed on tickets issued.

 

17. The ferry redemption is not valid on public holidays and other specific dates. Other specific dates will be announced at all Sands Rewards Club Counters.

 

18. Member(s) must be the sole user or one of the users when using the redeemed ticket(s) in each direction. Membership card is required for identification when boarding CotaiJet in both Macau and Hong Kong.

 

19. Redemption of CotaiJet ticket(s) is subject to availability and is redeemable on a first come, first served basis.

 

20. Redeemed CotaiJet Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Upon redemption, amendment of schedule cannot be made.

 

21. Participants are to accept and use the awarded products at their own risks.  Venetian Macau Limited and its affiliates expressly disclaim warranty of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, merchantability, quality, non-infringement, condition, title or fitness for a particular purpose.   Neither Venetian Macau Limited nor any of its agent, subsidiary, affiliate, employee or representative shall have any liability for any loss, injury, expense, claim, malfunction, or damages of any kind in connection with or arising out of any use of the prizes awarded.

 

22.  Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors, and assignees of the Venetian Macau Limited, its  advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this program, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

 

23. Venetian Macau Limited Management reserves the right to amend any Terms & Conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.  All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Venetian Macau Limited Management.

 

24. System default or variance may occur which may affect the point accumulation.  Venetian Macau Limited Management is not liable for any of the discrepancies or variances which may affect the point accumulation results due to computer malfunction or operational variances etc.  Additionally, Venetian Macau Limited Management is not responsible for any other errors arising out of the membership cards not being inserted properly.

 

25. Failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification.

 

26. The Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.

 

Players participating in the program agree to abide by all program Terms & Conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding the decisions of Venetian Macau Limited.  Any patron who are barred under the Government Barring List & VML Barring List and person under the age of Eighteen (18) years and employees or immediate family members of Venetian Macau Limited or its respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the program.  Immediate family members shall include, but not limited to, a team member’s parents, siblings, spouse, children and any other family members living in the same household.  If any ineligible person participates in the program in violation of the Terms & Conditions, the game and/or related promotion shall be considered as null and void to the ineligible person and no gift will be awarded to this person even if selected as a winner.  In consideration for participation in the program, participants accept all Terms & Conditions set forth herein and irrevocably authorize Venetian Macau Limited and its affiliates to print, publish, televise or otherwise distribute their name, voice or the likeness in its or its affiliates’ properties and for other commercial and marketing use within and outside the property.  Gaming is a form of entertainment for adults only.  Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to participant in any gaming promotions and are prohibited by Macau law from entering into any casino in Macau.
