Sands Macao, the first Las Vegas-style property in the territory, opened on 18th May 2004. Offering some 229,000 square feet of gaming space for mass market visitors, VIP and premium players, entertainment and dining facilities as well as superb 5-star accommodation, Sands Macao is situated on the waterfront just minutes away from the Inner Harbour ferry and helicopter pad, and is also the Macao home of the internationally renowned Playboy Club.

On 28th August 2007, we opened The Venetian Macao, the largest resort hotel in Asia. The 2,900-suite anchor property of our Cotai Strip development, the 39-floor, 5-star complex includes  64 Paiza Suites, some of which include private massage rooms, gyms, pools and media / karaoke rooms.

There is approximately 1 million square feet of retail and dining areas in the Grand Canal Shoppes, strategically positioned along streetscapes reminiscent of historical Venice. The convention centre and meeting room complex occupy some 1.2 million square feet, while the 15,000-seat CotaiArena hosts a wide range of entertainment and sporting events.

On 28th August 2008, we opened The Plaza Macao, which stands separate but connected to The Venetian Macao, and comprises the Four Seasons Hotel, with 360 rooms and suites managed and operated by Four Seasons, The Plaza Macao (including the Paiza Mansions), The Shoppes at Four Seasons, several signature restaurants and bars, a fitness centre, swimming pool and spa as well as conference, banquet and other related facilities operated by Sands China.
