1.What is Sands Rewards Club?

Sands Rewards Club (SRC) is the Club Reward Programme of Sands Macao, The PlazaTM Macao and The Venetian® Macao which enables customers to earn points and enjoy more exclusive privileges at our properties.

 

2.What are the benefits of SRC membership?

All SRC card members can enjoy a wide variety of discounts and rewards available at Sands Macao, The PlazaTM Macao, The Venetian® Macao, the Grand Canal Shoppes, The Shoppes at Four Seasons and at our entertainment events booked through CotaiTicketingTM.
You may use your points to redeem ferry tickets and accommodation, and you may also enjoy privileges such as limited edition souvenir redemptions and activities designed exclusively for you. In addition, each tier of membership – progressing from Gold, followed by Ruby, then Diamond - offers its own exclusive benefits and privileges. For more information, please click here.

 

3. How can I apply for SRC membership?

Simply present your valid Hong Kong/ Macao Identity Card or Travel Passport at any of our SRC counters in Sands Macao, The PlazaTM Macao or The Venetian® Macao.

 

4. Do I need to pay for membership or is there an annual fee?

Membership is free, with only one membership per person permissible.

 

5. What types of SRC membership are available?

We have three tiers of exclusive membership: Gold, Ruby and Diamond. Accumulating a specified amount of points enables a Gold Card member to upgrade to Ruby and then on to the most exclusive Diamond membership.

 

6. What are the criteria for the upgrading of SRC membership?

From Gold to Ruby, a member must accumulate 888 points within 6 months, and from Ruby
to Diamond 8,888 points within 6 months. Each card has its expiry date; in order to maintain
your status, you must earn sufficient points before the validity of your card expires. If you
have not played for more than 12 consecutive months, all points will be purged.

 

7. Can I earn and use my points in any Sands China property?

You can earn your points at Sands Macao, The PlazaTM Macao and The Venetian® Macao.  No matter where you earn them, your points are redeemable in any participating shop /restaurant located in our properties.


8. Do I need a PIN Number for my membership card?

A PIN number will be required for all transactions including but not limited to: promotion redemptions, instant reward redemptions as well as for any VML activities. VML may periodically require a member to produce or update his or her PIN number for security reasons.

 

9. What happens if I lose or forget to bring my SRC membership card?

Approach any SRC Counter in any of our properties.

 

10. How can I update my personal information?

All members can update their personal contact details via any SRC counter at our three properties

 

11. Can I transfer my membership card, rewards points and benefits to others?

No. Membership cards, rewards points and benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the designated member. All accumulated rewards points will be credited to your account within 48 hours, while redemption claims will be deducted immediately from your account.

 

12. How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance at any SRC counter located at Sands Macao, The PlazaTM Macao or The Venetian® Macao.

 

13. Can I redeem points on behalf of others?

No. In accordance with the SRC Membership Terms & Conditions, members must approach an SRC counter in person in order to redeem points.

 

14. What can I redeem with my points?

With the points you’ve earned, you can redeem the following services and products:

  • Accommodation
  • eBonus

  • CotaiJet ferry tickets
