“Member Privilege Offer” and “Ruby Exclusive Offer” Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions:

1.     Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2.     Sands Rewards Club Gold and Ruby members are eligible for this promotion.

3.     Participants must not have been barred list and must have a valid membership card and be in good standing with Venetian Macau Limited.

4.     The redemption of offer starts from 1^st January 2012 (Sunday) 00:01am – 31^st March 2012 (Saturday) 11:59pm.

5.     Sands Rewards Club Gold and Ruby members who have accumulated 28 points on slots/table games at Sands Macau / The Plaza Macao / The Venetian Macao are entitled to redeem a CotaiJet Ticket.

6.     Sands Rewards Club Ruby members are entitled to an additional special offer by using 18 points to redeem a CotaiJet ticket to or from Hong Kong during special discount time period everyday. 

7.     Membership card type, required points per ticket, valid time for redemption & type of CotaiJet tickets are detailed as follows:

* Ruby members must complete the redemption process during designated period are entitled for this offer.  
* *Cotai Class Ticket will also be available for Ruby member if Cotai First Ticket runs out.
 

8.     Routes are available for Hong Kong Shun Tak Centre, Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal, Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal.

9.     Ticket redemption from Macau to Hong Kong:member(s) must earn required points within 24 hours in order to redeem the CotaiJet Tickets from Taipa Ferry Terminal/ Macau Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong/ Kowloon China Ferry Terminal.

10.  Ticket redemption from Hong Kong to Macau:member(s) can use balance points to redeem the CotaiJet Tickets from Hong Kong/Kowloon China Ferry Terminal to Taipa Ferry Terminal/ Macau Ferry Terminal.

11.  28 /18 points redemption ticket is only applied to next sailing ticket.

12.  There shall be restriction on the number of redemption by Sands Rewards Club members per calendar day. Gold member can redeem a maximum of 1 round trip ferry ticket and Ruby member can redeem a maximum of 2round trip ferry ticket.

13.  Member can use 1 point = $1 to redeem additional ferry ticket

14.  Points will be deducted from the members’ account for the redemption.

15.  The ferry redemption is not valid on public holidays and other specific dates. Other specific dates will be announced at all Sands Rewards Club Counters.

16.  CotaiJet Ticket(s) can be redeemed at Sands Macao Guest Services Counter, Cotai Strip™ Cotai Ticketing™ Box Office, Venetian Macao Hotel Concierge, Four Seasons Macao Box Office, Hong Kong Shun Tak Centre CotaiTicketing Box Office, Hong Kong Shun Tak Centre CKS Counter and China Ferry Terminal CKS Counter.

17.  At time of ticket redemption, proof of original ID (official identification documents such as passport, travel document, or residence card) as well as valid membership card will be required for verification purpose during the redemption. Membership number will be printed on tickets issued.

18.  Members shall be required to input their Personal Identification Number (PIN) when redeeming the ferry tickets. Should the PIN be input incorrectly 3 times, member’s account shall be locked, and member shall approach any Sands Rewards Club counters at the VML properties to reset PIN and activate his/her account.

19.  Redeemed CotaiJet Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Upon redemption, amendment of schedule cannot be made.

20.  Member(s) must be the sole user or one of the users when using the redeemed ticket(s) in each direction. Membership card is required for identification when boarding CotaiJet in both Macau and Hong Kong.

21.  Redemption of CotaiJet ticket(s) is subject to availability and is redeemable on a first come first served basis.

22.  Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, changed or exchanged for other items.  The points used for redemption of offer will be deducted from the members’ account.

23.  Proof of original ID (official identification documents such as passport, travel document, or residence card) as well as valid membership card will be required for verification purpose during the redemption of offer.

24.  Venetian Macau Limited will not be responsible for any lost or damaged to offer once redeemed.

25.  Participants are to accept and use the awarded products at their own risks.  Venetian Macau Limitedand its affiliates expressly disclaim warranty of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, merchantability, quality, non-infringement, condition, title or fitness for a particular purpose.   Neither Venetian Macau Limited nor any of its agent, subsidiary, affiliate, employee or representative shall have any liability for any loss, injury, expense, claim, malfunction, or damages of any kind in connection with or arising out of any use of the prizes awarded.

26.  Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors, and assignees of the Venetian Macau Limited, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this program, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

27.  Venetian Macau Limited Management reserves the right to amend any Terms & Conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.  All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Venetian Macau Limited Management.

28.  System default or variance may occur which may affect the point accumulation.  Venetian Macau Limited Management isnot liable for any of the discrepancies or variances which may affect the point accumulation results due to computer malfunction or operational variances etc.  Additionally, Venetian Macau Limited Management is not responsible for any other errors arising out of the membership cards not being inserted properly.

29.  Failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification.

30.  The Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.

Players participating in theprogramagree to abide by all programTerms & Conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding the decisions of Venetian Macau Limited.  Anypatron who are barred under the Government Barring List & VML Barring List and person under the age of Eighteen (18) years and employees or immediate family members of Venetian Macau Limited or its respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the program.  Immediate family members shall include, but not limited to, a team member’s parents, siblings, spouse, children and any other family members living in the same household.  If any ineligible person participates in the program in violation of the Terms &Conditions, the game and/or related promotion shall be considered as null and void to the ineligible person and no giftwill be awarded to this person even if selected as a winner.  In consideration for participation in the program, participants accept all Terms & Conditions set forth herein and irrevocably authorize Venetian Macau Limited and its affiliates to print, publish, televise or otherwise distribute their name, voice or the likeness in its or its affiliates’ properties and for other commercial and marketing use within and outside the property.  Gaming is a form of entertainment for adults only.  Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to participant in any gaming promotions and are prohibited by Macau law from entering into any casino in Macau.
