Terms and Conditions
- Sands Rewards Club (SRC) Card is issued by Venetian Macau Ltd (VML) to the applicant hereinafter known as "Member”.
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or above. Original copy of valid government photo identification required.
- Individuals previously registered at any VML properties need not reapply.
- Membership is at the sole discretion of VML.
- Membership card, reward points and benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the Member.
- Rewards point and benefits are not redeemable for cash
- The card and its associated benefit & rewards point cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Membership in the gaming rewards program requires a photo to be taken upon registration.
- The use of this membership card and associated benefits is deemed to be an acceptance of the SRC Membership Terms and Conditions.
- One membership per person is allowed and membership is free.
- VML is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards. VML will replace lost or stolen cards up to a maximum of 3 times with valid government photo identification. A fee of MOP$30 or 20 points (gaming points) may be applied for further card replacement.
- All reward points accumulated will be credited to the Member's account within 48 hours. All redemption claims will be immediately deducted from the Member's account.
- Reward points accumulated by a person other than the Member will be forfeited.
- VML shall not be liable for reward points which accumulate inaccurately as a result of technical malfunction, operator fault, misrepresentation or any reason beyond the control of VML.
- Complimentary services, if any, are extended to SRC Members at the discretion of VML Management.
- VML reserves the right to cancel or change the rules at any time but will provide the Member a reasonable period of time to redeem existing benefits & points.
- VML reserves the right with or without notice to terminate an individual's membership at which time all reward program points will be forfeited. Upon termination of membership, any rewards, benefits or promotions shall be considered expired.
- Membership Points Cycle:
- Each point cycle lasts for 12months. Points earned each month are valid for a maximum period of 12 months.
- Upon the expiration of the 12-month cycle, any membership points, regardless of whether the membership is active or inactive, will expire and be cancelled automatically on a rolling monthly basis.
- It is the Member's responsibility to inform SRC of any change in their personal details (identification or passport details, postal / email address, contact telephone numbers, etc). VML is not responsible for any loss due to the outdated information.
- A valid government travel document/passport will be required for transactions including but not limited to:point redemptions and promotional redemptions conducted at but not limited to all SRC counters. VML may from time to time require the Member to produce or update the photo identification.
- VML reserves the right to terminate Membership if: Member breaches these Terms and Conditions; attempts to obtain rewards or benefits of the SRC program by providing false information or in any other improper or abusive way; behaves unruly while on any VML properties.
- If the Membership card(s) is lost or stolen, members must report this loss immediately to temporarily deactivate the account in person or by phone to any SRC Counter (+853 8118 1182). A replacement card will be reissued to the member upon presentation of valid travel document/passport. VML is not responsible and will not be held liable for any transactions made while the card is lost or stolen. The decision of VML Management shall be final in the event of any dispute.
- The Membership card is the property of VML, and must be returned unconditionally and immediately upon VML’s request.
- Members participating in any promotion agree to abide by all rules and conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding the decisions of VML.
- VML may request a Member to select a Personal Identification Number (‘PIN’) in a format specified by VML. A PIN selected by a Member may only be used by that Member only. Member must not disclose their PIN to another person or Member under any circumstances. Valid travel document/passport will be required for PIN issuance.
- A PIN number will be required for all transactions including but not limited to: promotion redemption, instant reward redemptions as well as for any VML activities. VML may from time to time require the Member to produce or update the PIN number for security reasons.
- VML reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the reward points program(s) from time to time without prior notice. The decision of VML Management shall be final in the event of any dispute.
The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
